Literature Text
Pages and pages upon pages
Strung with words, scribbles of
My emotional phases.
The dark matter that is my mind
Consumed with relentless constant thoughts
They can't be confined.
A lot written in clarity
Most with blurry, wet eyes
To be read later..
A couple I despise.
I've seen a lot of growth,
Flip the page and there's regression.
Happiness, Mourning, Excitement
Sadness, Love, Depression
Fascinated with my own behavior.
My reaction with love is one that gets me.
Oh how I love, love
I love to savor.
It sucks me dry
Right down to the bone
It's sweet and sour
Never carved in stone
Always changing
Revealing itself in different ways
I'm a sucker for love
A prisoner, bound by its chains.

There's always a new day on love
I don't think this is even written that well. It made me very happy after I wrote it though. Not for how it's written but because the subject matter wasn't directed at anyone in particular! That is progress

I get what you mean when you say it is similar to returning to an emotional past.
"Flip the page and there's regression". A line I am all too familiar with when trying to move on and grow from my past.
